The Experience and Journey is Everything
Having a solution for a customer's problem is only the beginning. Your customer's product experience in their journey from discovery through selection, onboarding, ongoing use, and customer support is what will keep them as your customer and grow your business with them. Customer experience is a key part of product management and crucial for product success and must be designed as intentionally as your product features. I can directly attribute major product successes to having that perspective.
