Fail Thee Well

Fail fast! Fail often! Embrace failure!

The intent of these concepts is good - to help break product organizations out of too conservative patterns. However, if not careful, they can become an excuse for lack of vision and discipline by not determining the "what" and "why" of a product upfront, or sloppiness and preventable mistakes in execution. The results will depend upon intentionality in applying the methodologies and how they ultimately get practiced. So, fail fast and often, but do so with intention and care.
